Once we have investigated the circumstances surrounding the missing order, we will usually offer you one of the following two solutions ġ) If we have the item(s) in stock, we will offer to send the item againĢ) Otherwise (or if you so choose) we will offer you a full refund. If your order does not arrive after 30 days have passed from when we told you it was dispatched, please contact us and we will investigate. We also offer click-and-collect from store during store opening hours.Ĭlick-and-collect orders will be ready for collection 20 minutes after they have been placed whilst we're open, or from 10:00 the following day if the order is placed after we are closed. You'll receive a delivery notication email when they're dispatched from the store, and they'll usually be in transit with the relevant postal service from the next working day (as we often leave the store after the last collection of the day).
Orders for delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail (postage price £4.75) or via UPS (postage price £7.50).
